The Yang Family Traditional Hand Form.
Introduction

TheTai Chi Club practisesTraditional Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan.
We practise both as a way of maintaining health and with the additional benifit of demonstrations of the meaning of the moves. (What people imagine when they are doing the Tai Chi Form).

Examples of the meanings of moves are demonstrated by the Instructor.

You don't have to physically do these demonstrations in the class (though you are welcome to have a go), but rather we show them so you can use your imagination and get an idea of how, why and where you are moving when doing the Form.

.

The main point is for you to relax and have fun learning at your own pace and very much staying within your own comfort zone.
